Advice

How to use SAM Learning

  • Go to the web pages for SAM Learning
  • select the LOGIN
  • The school ID is CB1SB
  • If you do not know your used ID, it is your date of birth followed by your main initials in capital letters, for example Fred John Bloggs born on the 5th November 1992 would be 051192FB.
  • Unless you have changed your password, to begin with it is the same as your user ID. Once you have logged in, you can change the password. Don't forget it!
  • If you have changed your password, and forgotten it since, you can ask a member of staff to reset it for you.
  • Once you have logged in, there will be a list of tasks that teachers have set for you.
  • Just follow the online instructions.

  • SAM learning uses JAVA technology.
  • You can download and install this for free from here.

Browsers

Important SAM Learning appears to work well in both Internet Explorer (v6 and v7) and in Firefox. However, it does not appear to work in Opera.
